Tepui Management ("Tepui Management," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of Tepui Construction LLC, values the privacy of the homeowners and members who use our website and home-membership services. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, and property address, collected when you sign up for On-Call or Managed membership.
- Property details — square footage, year built, and system information you provide (or that our technicians record during an inspection) so we can underwrite Managed pricing and schedule service correctly.
- Billing information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Service records and photos — notes, photos, and job history from inspections and service visits, used to document work performed and support future service requests.
- Website activity and cookies — standard analytics and session cookies used to operate the site and understand how it's used. We do not sell this data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Set up and bill your On-Call or Managed membership;
- Schedule inspections and service visits, and dispatch the right technician for the job;
- Communicate with you about appointments, billing, and your membership;
- Improve our service quality and the underwriting accuracy of Managed pricing.
Tepui Management does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
Disclosure of Information
We may share your information only:
- With service providers who help us operate (payment processing, scheduling, and communications tools), bound to keep it confidential;
- As required by law or in response to a valid legal request;
- As necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights and property of Tepui Management.
Data Retention
We retain account and service records for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet business, warranty, and legal recordkeeping needs. To request deletion of your account information, email hello@tepuimanagement.com with subject line "Delete My Account." Service and job records tied to a property may be retained as required for warranty and legal purposes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of non-essential communications, at any time by emailing hello@tepuimanagement.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
Security
All data transmitted to and from our services is encrypted using HTTPS. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers in raw form. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it to deliver your service.
Children
Our services are directed to homeowners and are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of thirteen (13).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
